Welcome to Journey Joy. By Using Our App And Services, You Agree To Comply With The Following Terms And Conditions. Please Read Them Carefully.

1. Acceptance Of Terms
By Accessing Or Using Journey Joy Services, You Agree To Be Bound By These Terms And All Applicable Laws. If You Do Not Agree, Please Do Not Use Our Services.
2. Eligibility
You Must Be At Least 18 Years Old And A University Student Residing In Riyadh To Use Journey Joy Services.
3. User Account
  • You Are Responsible For Maintaining The Confidentiality Of Your Account Credentials.
  • You Agree To Provide Accurate And Complete Information During Registration.
  • You Agree To Notify Us Immediately If You Suspect Unauthorized Account Use.
4. Service Description
Journey Joy Provides A Ride-Sharing Subscription Service Connecting University Students Traveling On The Same Routes In Riyadh.
5. Subscription And Payments
  • You Select A Subscription Plan Based On The Number Of Days You Intend To Travel Weekly.
  • Payments Are Charged Monthly Based On Actual Attendance.
  • All Fees Are In Saudi Riyals (SAR).
  • You Agree To Pay All Applicable Charges And Fees Associated With Your Subscription.
6. User Conduct
  • You Agree To Use The Service Responsibly And Respectfully.
  • Harassment, Abusive Behavior, Or Illegal Activities Will Result In Suspension Or Termination.
  • You Must Follow All Local Laws And University Rules While Using Journey Joy Services.
7. Safety And Liability
  • Journey Joy Ensures Drivers Are Verified And Trained, But We Cannot Guarantee Absolute Safety.
  • Users Agree To Follow All Safety Guidelines.
  • Journey Joy Is Not Responsible For Injuries, Losses, Or Damages Resulting From Use Of The Service.
8. Privacy
Your Use Of Journey Joy Is Also Governed By Our Privacy Policy, Which Explains How We Collect And Use Your Information.
9. Intellectual Property
All Content, Logos, Trademarks, And Materials On Journey Joy Belong To Us Or Our Licensors. You May Not Use Them Without Permission.
10. Changes To Terms
We May Update These Terms Occasionally. Continued Use Of The Service Means You Accept The Changes.
11. Termination
We Reserve The Right To Suspend Or Terminate Your Account At Any Time For Violating These Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms Are Governed By The Laws Of Saudi Arabia. Any Disputes Will Be Resolved In Riyadh Courts.
